Ms. Fanny Chan
oversees the research operations across Greater China, where her focus will be on helping Nielsen to improve the speed, quality, and reliability of data acquisition, processing, and reporting.
Ms. Fanny Chan is a veteran in market research with over 20 years of experience at Nielsen.
Ms. Chan's responsibilities
include building closer relationships between operations and client service leaders to drive strategic programs and solutions for our clients, and to enable growth. She will work closely with the Greater China teams to drive a client-centric integrated operations unit, seeking continuous and innovative improvements to deliver competitive advantage.
Prior to her new role, Ms. Chan was the Managing Director of Nielsen Hong Kong.
Ms. Chan was a graduate of the University of Hong Kong.
